Health Care Insurance: WorTech pays 100% of the CareFirst HMO HSA Silver medical package (through Blue Cross & Blue Shield) which includes health coverage for the employee and family, dental coverage, and vision coverage and personal Health Savings Account. Employees may opt out of the health care coverage; however, WorTech will ask for proof of another health plan if opt out is requested.
Leave & Federal Holidays: WorTech employees receive 5 weeks (200 hours) of paid leave each year. In addition, WorTech follows the Federal Government Holiday schedule, 11 days (88 hours) paid leave per year.
401K: WorTech is proud to provide its 401K Retirement Plan through Fidelity (www.fidelity.com). Additionally, WorTech contributes 10% of the employee’s salary to the 401k plan.
Education/Seminars/Conferences: WorTech believes that keeping up with technology and the customer needs is valuable. WorTech assists with that goal by providing reimbursement for approved training up to 3 days (24 hours) per year, which may include books and trip expenses associated with a conference or classes.
Professional Fees: WorTech values our professional team, and as such, will reimburse employees for any professional fees – e.g. IEEE membership, licenses – expensed during the year.
Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance: WorTech provides employees both short and long term disability coverage at the time of employment.
Life Insurance: WorTech provides employees term life insurance in an amount equal to their annual salary up to $100K at the time of employment.
Referral Matching Bonus: WorTech provides highly trained and dedicated talent to our customers, and we believe in growing this talent through the thoughtful recommendations of our employees. WorTech rewards our employees who bring talent onto the team by providing a referral matching bonus plan. Once initiated, this bonus remains in effect for as long as both employees (the referrer and referred) work at WorTech.
