Dan is majority owner and founding partner. He is a US Navy veteran, joined the military at 18 years old and then entered the Department of Defense - serving US missions worldwide with over 30 years' experience in this industry. Based out of Wilmington NC, WorTech's well established Maryland footprint extends to North Carolina.
Scott Wecht
Systems Engineer, Vice President
Scott is WorTech's Technical Director, an Electrical Engineer with over 35 years of practical experience in commercial and government solution spaces - from his early years designing ASICs (“chips”) and coding embedded signal processors, to providing systems engineering for today's container-based microservices architectures.

Katie brings 15 years of incredible customer relations experience. She is the foundation of WorTech - scheduling, documenting, planning, and managing all aspects of internal and external communications out of WorTech's Columbia, MD office.
